Getting around
Project Neon is still being designed; this is not a transportation project that is currently under construction. If approved and funded, this project could start construction as early as 2012, continuing through five or more phases through 2030.

Access to the Strip
This project will expand I-15 from Sahara to the Spaghetti Bowl, and modifications to several interchanges, including Charleston and Sahara, are being designed. Traffic improvements to these areas will also include upgrades of local access and Collector-Distributor roads (similar to a freeway frontage road), flood control systems and utility areas.
