The Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) has recently been reviewed by the FHWA and is now available for public comment.

If approved and funding is available, construction could start as early as 2012, continuing through five or more phases into 2030.

More details on project phasing will be publicized as the project alternatives are further defined.
