What is it?
The Nevada Department of Transportation's Project Neon is a freeway improvement project that will address the short- and long-term transportation needs for a portion of the I-15 corridor.

What's included?
—Freeway capacity improvements (widening)
—A median viaduct from Discovery Drive on I-15 to Rancho on US95
—Managed lanes in the median and a six-lane arterial viaduct connecting Industrial and MLK
—Construction of Collector-Distributor (CD) roads (similar to a freeway frontage road) and interchange improvements
—Local roadway, utility, and flood control facility reconstruction
