Project Neon & your business
This project will not only expand capacity on I-15 from Sahara to the Spaghetti Bowl Interchange, it will provide improved access to the local area. Interchange improvements, enhancements to Collector-Distributor (CD) roads (similar to a freeway frontage road), and upgrades to local utility, roadway, and flood control facilities will allow local commuters improved access to local businesses.

Modifications
Modifications are being proposed at Charleston and Sahara. The Record of Decision (ROD) has been released! Read the Notice of Limitations from the Federal Register. Download your copy of the Record of Decision. Copies of the ROD are also available at many local libraries. You can also review the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS).

Project construction schedule
Construction, if approved and funded, is expected to begin as early as 2012.
